Call for Abstracts

The Organizing Committee of MISSABCON–PASMISS 2026 invites spine surgeons, researchers, and trainees from around the world to submit abstracts for oral presentations, video sessions, and e-posters at the upcoming conference to be held in Chennai, India, in July 2026.

We welcome original work, innovative techniques, and case-based discussions focusing on minimally invasive spine surgery (MISS) and related domains.

Abstract Format

Language	English
Word Limit	Maximum 300 words (excluding title and author details)
Structure	Title: Concise and informative Authors and Affiliations: Include all authors with institutional details; underline the presenting author’s name Introduction / Background Materials and Methods Results Conclusion
Font	Times New Roman, size 11
Spacing	Single line
File Format	Submit via the online portal in plain text or pdf document (.pdf & Less than 5MB)

Presentation Types

Please indicate your preferred presentation format from the following options:

Oral Presentation:Present your research in person at the conference in front of delegates and judges.
Video Presentation: Submit a pre-recorded video of your presentation to be showcased during the event.
E-Poster: Display your research digitally through interactive e-poster screens during the conference.

The final mode of presentation will be decided by the Scientific Committee based on the quality and content of the submission.

Submission Process

Abstracts must be submitted online through the official conference website: www.missabcon2026.com
Each author may submit a maximum of two abstracts as presenting author.
All presenting authors must be registered delegates at the conference.
Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
Abstracts submitted for oral presentation, but not selected, may be allowed as e-poster presentation.

Awards and Recognition

Outstanding abstracts and video presentations will be selected for Best Paper and Best Video Awards in various categories, as deemed fit by the scientific committee.
